Woodville Brunch Series: The Fascinating History Behind the Harp

An instrument said to have been fashioned from a hunter’s bow and with origins in the Mediterranean, the instrument that has been quite the staple in early music also has a very fascinating history. Join us over a delicious brunch spread as accomplished musician, Laura Mason Lockard, takes us all on a journey through time, exploring the harp and its evolution through the ages.
The event will take place in the Stillhouse on the Neville House grounds and the schedule will commence as follows:
11:00-11:30AM – Brunch is served
11:30 – 12:15PM – History of the Harp presentation
12:15-12:30PM – Q&A
12:30-1:00PM – Converse and explore the Neville House grounds
After the Woodville Brunch event, all are welcome to stay and take a tour of the Neville House.
SEATING IS LIMITED AND RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED!
Cost for this event is $15.00
